Most likely not. It is possible that while uninstalling SeaMonkey
something changed the default browser back to Explorer, look in Control
Panel/Internet Options/Programs and see if

It all happened after I gave AdBlock Plus another chance... (Note to
self: it simply doesn't work with 64-bit Vista).
The situation I have now is that after I shut down the computer and
restart it, everything is just fine until I want to start SM. All I get
