I'm not sure if there is a list or not (yet), but I found all of my user.js and prefbar prefs ported over to 2.0 without issues. I've been using 2.x for quite some time & seem to recall that I needed to reinstall prefbar, but once I did & restarted the prefbar options came up the same as on 1.1.x. You can run both 1.1.18 and 2.0pre in parallel (just start them with: '-noremote' and you can run them both at the same time).
