Only use this command instead:
$ evolution-addressbook-export --format=csv > contacts.csv

Then import into SeaMonkey: Tools|Import|Address Books| and import
contacts.csv.

When you bring it in, be sure to look at the fields and uncheck those
you don't want - in partcular: click the "Next" button and uncheck
'Display-Name'. Note: clicking on 'Next' shows you data that is in the
fields and you'll see that 'Display Name' contains "pas-id-<somenumber>.
After you open your address book you'll see a Address Book for
'contacts', thats the one that you just imported.
