Confirmed. It's there in SeaMonkey 1.1.x as well, but only when 
composing a message (not when viewing one).



When I used it yesterday [from the "Save As" setting] ... it restored, or
created the Template folder under the Inbox.  I apparently had deleted
it when I installed SM.
