Hmm, maybe you happened to put the Freenet _Installer_ into Windows
Startup folder?
See Start->Programs->Startup/Autostart.

Or check other stuff being started with Windows using msconfig:
1. Click Start ? Run
2. In the Open box type msconfig and then click on OK or press Enter
3. Select the Startup tab and see if something looks like freenet.

Latter method is probably overkill because there is no reason for
freenet installer to appear in there.
