Is it installed? Is it running? Freenet should be installed in C:\Program Files\Freenet - is it there? It should respond to a web browser pointed to http://127.0.0.1:/ - does it? No idea. I've asked our windows expert. It really should show up in the uninstall list in Control Panel. It doesn't yet it doesn't let you reinstall??
