Freenet installs a startup rule in your crontab. You should see it with


crontab -e

Hello,

I've installed Freenet successfully on a Linux (Ubuntu-derived) system, and it 
starts up automatically when the system starts.  How can I prevent that?  I 
would prefer to start it manually.
