I can confirm that it's still there. I went to the web interface, opened current downloads (in a new tab) and verified that the icons where being fetched, refreshed the main web interface page and it requested the icons again, the original requests were still active. I haven't had time to verify if this occurs on the latest builds, but my store is not full (774 MB out of 2GB iirc). I'll check again this evening when I have some spare time.
