For a long while now I've not been able to get suspend-to-ram to work
on my HP Pavilion dv5200tx. Has anybody had any luck with this laptop
model?
Symptom: Suspend happens fine. On resume, there is very little
activity (which I think is just the system looking at the DVD-ROM
drive on st
I have the exactly problem with my laptop Toshiba A70.
STR do not work at resume, the same happens, DVD-ROM make some noice, leds
turn back to blue, but all system is hanged.
STD works fine.

I'm sorry, but I also use this machine for work related things, and as I
did not think 64 bit was important for the coming period, I didn't leave
any space for a 64-bit partition. I can and will however do a test with a
sidux boot cd on 64 bit with suspend.
