Hi. NYSERDA (and others) periodically have these webinars. If anyone is 
interested in learning more about community solar (which allows homeowners, 
renters (including people who live in apartments), pretty much anyone to get 
their electricity from a local solar farm by either purchasing the panels or 
simply buying their electricity from the farm-with no money down and low 
monthly payments guaranteed to be less than they currently pay NYSEG), they can 
call or e-mail us at Cooperative Extension. We are currently working with 
residents of Tompkins, Schuyler, Steuben, and Chemung Counties to help connect 
them with affordable ways to go solar and generally reduce their reliance on 
fossil fuels.
