Calling all landlords and property managers! NYSEG offers a no-cost energy efficiency upgrade program for all multi-family properties that are electric or gas customers. These properties include houses with multiple units, apartment complexes, townhomes and senior care facilities. Your property can have free LED bulbs and energy efficient water measures installed at no cost to you or your tenants.
