Biodiesel exist already in the new countries. Czeck reppublic has a plant,
Poland has a plant and there are plans for 2 new plants, one by BDI Austia
and one by SPT US.
Mainly rapeseed oil is used for the production in Poland.
I live in Belgium and perhaps the regulations are the same
