Probiotics are very helpful. I always keep a bottle in the fridge. Flu seems to result in die offs. I was told many of the flu symptoms are due to dieoff of symbiotic organisms in our gut. I drink half a bottle - not the couple of tablespoons they say to take. That way I am well in 4 hours. If
