assuming the food is any good, i would wager that the Italian restaurants would have an easier supply of oil because true Italian food is very forgiving, although sparing, with the oils, unless it is your typical american knockoff that serves fries and grease burgers with soggy spaghetti

After travelling across the USA and Canada on used grease, I definitely recommend trying the Asian places first. Nine out of ten times, they have the cleanest oil. Here at home, I get all the oil I need from two Japanese restaurants, and a fancy-pants place where a friend of mine works. Good
