Just a question- I hear about them all the time, but what exactly are foggers?
(And could I use them on my electronic, fuel injected turbocharged volvo?)Are
they really 'that' easy to build?

1) vehicle : fiat uno, 22,000 k. on the clock, 1.3 l. fuel injected,
computer controlled, 95 octane gas, exhaust catalytic converter.
