You're using way to much H2SO4. A good way to see the FFA's
clearly is to dilute a small amount (maybe 100 l) of the
glycerine

How long are you waiting before adding more acid? I think that Ive
done what you're doing- I thought it wasn't separating, added more
acid, eventualy got separation after I got tired of waiting and left
for the night.
It turned out in some cases that it only needed more time, not more
