If it looks like crystalised jello then it is residual glycerine IMO. Why
are you using vinegar ? That has usually been suggested for breaking
emulsions, but if you have a complete reaction then you shouldn't need
vinegar in the wash. Prior to using vinegar try the quality wash test, found
here:
It warmed up, and, what ever it was that was making it cloudy went back in to
solution. My guess is that you didn't have a complete reaction, I say this
because of your low PH, if I remember right, good BioDiesel has a near neutral
Ph ( 7 ).
Did you let it cool down and if so did it become
I wonder why it stayed cloudy untill it sat in the sun for a couple of
minutes. Any ideas?
Solar heat. You need to vent the moisture that came out of solution.
Otherwise the biodiesel will return to a cloudy state upon cooling.

Washing procedure is incorrect
Add a small amount of acid to 50% volume water and bubble wash for at least
2 days, then take pH reading.
At that temperature, cloudiness will probably be tallow ester - do not run
it through a vehicle - it will clog the fuel filter.
Either wash colder to remove as
