Serves you right for being heavy handed! What you need to do is to neutralise the NaOH with an acid - citric, acetic - sulphuric at a pinch, phosphoric, etc. Raise to 50C again, then add the diluted acid bit by bit. Half a cup at a time. It will go chicken soup - let it mix for 20 mins. Leave it
