Jason, Shouldn't you factor in some sort of labor cost even if you make the BD yourself (ie, how long would it take to make and how much would you pay someone, in this case yourself, to make it)? is there no other overhead in addition to the cost of the fuel? what about fixed overhead (cost of the space, lighting, depreciation of the equipment, etc)? They don't like selling it by the drum, but they will if you ask nicely. They perfer to sell it by tote tank or bulk truck. That number actually forwards you to Gobert oil company. They may be able to help you find cheaper in your area.
