Jason, Shouldn't you factor in some sort of labor cost even if you make the BD yourself (ie, how long would it take to make and how much would you pay someone, in this case yourself, to make it)? is there no other overhead in addition to the cost of the fuel? what about fixed overhead

I sat here and figured up the ballpark cost of parts for BD in a 390 gallon batch-( i started my numbers with a full 55 gal. drum of methanol) for 2 barrels of methanol (have to have excess) ~550$ for 390 gal.
