Yes Opera 9.5 is realy cool, i enjoy playing around with it right now. you can see SVG images in html:img in this recent Opera Forum post: http://my.opera.com/SVGraphics/forums/topic.dml?id=203618 the cool thing about it is that styling with xslt works in image ! this is realy amazing ! thanks

Antoine, It doesn't seem like any major new features per se, but many bug fixes. In particular, the following tests now pass in Opera 9.5 but did not pass in Opera 9.2-: http://www.w3.org/Graphics/SVG/Test/20061213/htmlObjectHarness/full-filters-displace-01-f.html
