Log:
  unlinkat(2): unlinkat(AT_REMOVEDIR) fails with ENOTEMPTY like rmdir()
  for non-empty directories.
  
  POSIX permits both ENOTEMPTY and EEXIST, but we use the clearer ENOTEMPTY,
  following BSD tradition.
