I had intentions of replacing the disk as they seem to come up quite
often in large lots of loose disks. I just didn't have time to look for

This is another one that I overpaid on, believing
at the time that it was rarer than it actually is. Jim's "somewhat rare"
still applies, and definitely more so than the On-Line f olders, but I see
several on eBay each year. They've almost consistently dropped below the
$100 mark, though.
