Exactly. That is so well their policy summarized. On a side note, I for one had to change my user ID because it was my e-mail address earlier. The e-mail ID was conveniant. eBay forced to change it on a basis that "users that have e-mail address as ID are more likely to get targeted" or something like that. Bullshit.
