Jim paypal seller protection requires delivery and/or sig confirmation. However to be fully covered you need to have insurance also. Because if you take delivery confirm and package gets lost the buyer can reverse the transaction. Even if you offered insurance and the buyer did not want it. For

Love the pencil idea :) I recently bought a CD Case and, oh yeah, 55 bootleg television shows on DVD ;-) I like the idea of requiring delivery confirmation and insurance for paypal items over, say, $50. They're paying $50, they can spring for $5 more. Thanks to everyone for the advice, BTW.

Less trustworthy? Of course not. But there's zero recourse if anything goes awry with an overseas transaction, even if its simply damaged in shipping. He's referring to the policies, not the people. Personally I've sent things to the UK, Israel, Portugal and Australia with zero problems.
