What about :
- a device that would be installed in cars ,
- to build a mesh wifi 2.45GHz between cars,
- and a 5.4GHz to some external relays when available,
- to
close that big spamfriendly hole.
This is why SPF + authentication on outgoing smtp should avoid this
direct senders spam origin.

But i can imagine large networks will not even care about that...
