Hi The only problem which ich see is when a nonprofit office make adverstisement for a profit office. But i think this is legal here in switerland. I don#39;t think so in the case of Switch, Billag and any other monopol organisation with an official mission from switzerland. Btw ... AFAIK

Hi, It’s completely different about that what RP is offering. ReturnPath is listed as cooperation partner so I guess they are exchanging their 'whitelists'. The business model behind this whitelisting services pushes e-mail into a paid by the byte model. Senders pay (by different models)
