We just see only about 40% of the normal traffic load between UPC Cablecom
and Init7 since appx. 15:00 CET. Maybe an issue in the UPC-Cablecom

It seems that everything which goes trough 4.68.127.49 (Level3)
can not be reached. I have sent an e-mail to the upc cablecom

It seems that level3 has some troubles. The delay over level3 is 3 times
higher than usual.
