thought this might be a good place to ask, since their first-level
support doesn't seem to know anything about it, but does anyone have
any inside info on whether cablecom is doing anything to deal with
their customer bandwidth problems? Their helpdesk guy's told me
they have thousands

downstream rate compared to the hispeed offers
- you have to be happy if you get 45% of the proposed bandwidth at the major usage
times...
