I would like to know if someone know if FreeBSD is running on a Sun
FireV240 with a UltraSparc IIIi proc.
Looks like OpenBSD and FreeBSD are both supporting UltraSparc III only.

It does not boot.
US-IIIi is not support bei *BSD.
Install Solaris and you will be fine.

The other problem is the lack of UltraSparc III machines. So if you have
one spare you should donate it to your favorite BSD :)
You could ask Thomas Moestl [EMAIL PROTECTED] about more info. Maybe
