Hi, sorry if it was unclear--I've mainly played with multicast in 'closed' (i.e. corporate network) environments. I recall that there was some discussion a while ago about some Swiss ISPs carrying multicast video traffic for an event (FIFA 2002?) and was curious as to whether there are any plans

John, multicast in the BBC network has been around for a few years, they were testing (IIRC) mostly Real audio streams a few years ago (december 2001 comes to my mind somehow). As for who runs a multicast enabled network in CH, we (AS20932) have it enabled both for content from the Internet
