Speaking as one of the usual DRM equipment donors, I would be concerned
about unsupervised access to the Stockholm room.
Like others I bring a fair amount of hardware the loss of which I could
not tolerate.

IF this is something many folks want, how about running individual coax
cables from the splitter into the next room? Keep the stockholm room
locked, but still have access to the wire antenna.
I did that a few years ago when giving a live DRM presentation next door.
