I have with interest followed the discussions on this list. Unfortunately I couldn't participate this year, but hope to back in the coming years. Sounds like the anniversary fest succeeded very well. For those who might be interested in joining a similar meeting in Europe I'm happy to inform that the Finnish DX Association will organize the European DX Conference this year in Tampere, Finland. The dates are 18-20 August 2017. This meeting is also the 50th anniversary of the European DX Council and we are expecting 100-150 attendees. The meeting agenda is still quite tentative, we are working on it. We also have a plan for a bus tour in the beautiful Finnish Lapland (including visits to some DX sites), we hope to find enough participants for the tour.
