Yes it is correct. The prayer has no verse numbers in the printed 1st edition.

In the KJVA the Prayer of Manasses is allocated as a single verse.
Maybe this was originally a kludge, but one unavoidable from before the
electronic age.
ie. If the printed Bible had no verse number at all.
