I think the answer to both questions is "Yes", but it would be helpful if the
usage help could be expanded to state this more explicitly.
I assume that the usage help is the same under Linux as it is under Windows.

This requires fixing.
xml2gbs [-l] [-i] [-fT|-fO|-fE] [modname]
Are we to assume that includes the input/path ?
Are we to assume that [modname] includes the output/path ?
