OK, I'll update a bunch
Been a while since I've been on here. But I played with this a little a good
while back. There should be a map module somewhere that I used to test with.
Anyway, from what I can remember, there are a couple of problems.
1. BibleCS wants to convert images to rtf. Which if it is a large image can

I've added a Feature, "Images" and two Category values, "Maps" and
"Images" to the Wiki. The usage should be as follows:
If a module contains images of any type and in any quantity, then
Feature=Images should be added to the .conf. A module that just contains
maps, a commentary with the occasio
Assuming it works, can we move the module BAO out of beta?

Hm, interesting. I've been involved with Sword things since April '06,
and I have never seen the Windows UI do images. So it has been broken
for at least the duration of the 1.5.8 and now 1.5.9 releases.

As with other engine-related features, BibleCS supported images first. I
couldn't guess why it's broken at the moment.

I would like to suggest a new "Feature" in the conf of "Images" to
indicate that the module has images.

Hi Karl,
please enter this into our feature request tracker at sourceforge.
We'll add it when we have the time.

This sounds like a must-have feature. If we only would get the KDE 4
porting done soon! Then we could think about feature

I'm one of those odd folk that dislike a web browser being regarded as
a universal application interface.
At the least,

This may be a silly thought but - how about making the tag in the module
a URL. For a local file it could be
file:///[sword_path]/[path_to_im
Karl,
I think you have mentioned a couple of good ideas here:
a) Display in a separate window.
b) scale the image.
That got me thinking and I think of a couple more:
c) optional images
d) place holders for images.
Perhaps these go together as the caption should be handled as part
