I had a short exchange with Eeli last night about the modules in Beta.
He explained that at the moment they focus on Qt4 and not so much on
OSIS/module compliance, hence even their cutting edge code might be
buggy and not fully featured. And the current 1.6 is a dead branch now.
He suggested

Evidently the wrong text was pasted into this verse at some point in time.

The About field actually has to be RTF (\u?-style). State your case
to Troy if you want this to change, but it doesn't make much sense to me
that we should want to include RTF markup and UTF-8 character encoding
(which isn't permitted in RTF) in the same field.

I have noticed that in some of the beta modules' conf that
MinimumVersion is not specified or may have a number that seems too low.
When it is absent, a program is to use 1.5.3a as the default value.
Should I report these on the Beta testing wiki page?
