Well, the station isn't new.. it's new in my log book that is! Radio Kuwait, 17550 with 500kw form Kuwait at 2234UTC/3:34PM Pacific.
The signal was very steady with good audio. Signal ranged from about a 5 out of 10 to an 8 1/2 out of 10 on my radios signal level meter.
