Just now, The 15590 transmitter came up with an Open carrier for Radio Thailands English broadcast at 2358Programming started as usual at 0000 but in just 2 minutes the transmitter dumped off 3 times for several seconds at a time. Usually, this broadcast has been more reliable. Everything seems to have be OK now... no more transmitter suddenly disappearing for the last few minutes.
