Not sure if I understand you correct, but that is what the task does. It builds
all classes. Doesn't matter if you change anything in your Schema at all, if
the task is run, the classes are rebuilt.

I use jQuery and jQueryUI for the most of my fancy stuff, too, but I think in
comparison to extJS it lacks a really powerful datagrid. There are a few
plugins for that, but i guess to transfer the lookfeel of a desktop app into
the web, extJS is more suited than jQuery.

2-extract to plugins folder in your Symfony Project, not the Symfony lib!
