The Windows build is fixed now. Please checkout the
morevnaproject/win32-fix branch
(https://github.com/morevnaproject/synfig/tree/win32-fix).
Right now it's a lot of debug messages there - Ivan makes a final
touches and polishing now. But the branch is already should work for
you.
