I guess there is not need a shortcut for Help Menu.
But the way, is anybody interested in building a new shortcut system from
scratch to let all shortcut are customisable in an easy way as Gimp does?

some shortcuts are missing: 'brush tool' and 'setup dialog' (for example)
what do you think :
- ALT-U for brUsh (other letters are already affected, 'h' open menu/help)
- F7 for setup dialog ?
