[Synfig-devl] Layer Panel Context Menu: Simple Copy Layer

Hello, First of all, I am sure I didn't followup closely enough to development. What is the design intention for Simple Copy Layer menu, What I get at the moment is that, it is same as Duplicate Layer except the name of the new layer. Does it designed for boost frame by frame animation
