A side effect of this approach is that symlink names would change every
time the device is plugged in a different USB port, for example.

Also I would like to point out that the call to
manager_get_unit_by_pid in manager_dispatch_sigchld would always
receive a NULL since a zombie process always belongs to the root
cgroup.
