I'm wondering if systemd-networkd could provide an option to control the
IPv6 privacy extension? It is controlled via a sysctl setting:
net.ipv6.conf.${interface}.use_tempaddr
with three values:
= 0 : disable Privacy Extensions
== 1 : enable Privacy Extensions, but prefer public
