part of the 30 something million dollar judgment won by the Brown and
Goldman family against OJ Simpson.
Maybe they have a replica, but it certainly is not the original Heisman.

The OSU guy on the inside appears to be Dick Oldfield (who was a sub
4:00 minute miler) and currently works for Nike. Perhaps wearing a
jersey like that it was inevitable that he would work for Nike.

New Jersey lost one of its legendary athletes this week with the
death of Larry Doby, the first player to break the color line in the
American League and a member of two pennent winning teams at Cleveland.
While Doby was known best for his baseball exploits, he was---like
USATF rules say only that an athlete must compete at the national
championships. It can be in ANY event. Maurice's plan had *always* been
to run the 200 here at Stanford, and that alone would have been enough.
