Aside from the Heisman Trophy and the potential that some of its winners may or may not be felons, does anyone know why Rudy Chapa - not a Heisman winner, and to the best of my knowledge, not a felon, but rather a fine upstanding citizen - is apparently wearing his singlet reversed in this pix?
