There are numerous "convicted" felons and "non=convicted" felons in ALL of
the Halls of Fame!
Let's not just single out T&F!

Aside from the Heisman Trophy and the potential that some of its winners may or may
not be felons,
does anyone know why Rudy Chapa - not a Heisman winner, and to the best of my
knowledge, not a
felon, but rather a fine upstanding citizen - is apparently wearing his singlet
reversed in this
pix?
I point out that Marion Ford, a key player in the most famous college
football play of all time, "The Play" in the 1982 Cal-Stanford Big Game
also is a convicted felon. However, I seriously doubt that anyone from Cal
(including myself, and I can't speak for anyone from Stanford ;^)) would

OJ's not a convicted felon.
A felon, according to the dictionary, is one who has committed a felony. A
conviction is not necessary to attain that status.

And check out the guy inside Mack
USC does not have Simpson's Heisman. The Heisman was auctioned off to pay
part of the 30 something million dollar judgment won by the Brown and
Goldman family against OJ Simpson.
Maybe they have a replica, but it certainly is not the original Heisman.

There's David Mack - convicted bank-robber and the leading suspect in
the murder of rapper Biggie Smalls.
Historic indeed.
Hey, if USC can keep OJ Simpson's Heisman trophy on prominent public
display, surely Oregon can be allowed one black and white photo of its own
felon.
