For those of you born after 1982, and continue to downplay Salazar's effort,

1) BK ran a 13:15 5k off of just 120-130 mpw of base running a few years ago
... I think in Feb. '98. For most people a 13:10/27:20 are equal. If BK
truly IS in his best shape in three years (like he says) ... you would
