The fact that you think its a ridiculous scenario is why they can get away
with it, why Regina can get away with it, etc.

I still don't know for sure exactly what happened in the team
scoring at the USATF meet, but I surmise this scenario:
Nike had more than the allotted number of scoring places running and
benefitted in some way from this, possibly due to failing in the Hy-Tech
scoring syst
Agreed, Michael. HyTek is not to blame; USATF is not to blame; etc.
etc.
The point is - Nike willingly accepted an award that wasn't theirs,
depriving others of that award.

Actually, as strange as it seems, this case is probably not largely about
money (at least directly) because of the way Title IX has been interpreted
in recent years. The federal government bases its percentage test on
participants, not dollars or scholarships. Now, folks can argue whether any
You are all missing my point. The fact that Nike cheated is what I am

Then I am sure that this past week you have already marched down

Looking at the roster on Tulane's web page shows only 15 athletes, most of
them are middle distance or distance runners so I doubt the football coach
was wanting many of them out for spring ball. The fact that only 2 athletes
were from Louisiana and 8 were international kids probably hurt the prog
