Anybody heard of any schools that are eager to jump into the fray in terms of hosting
the four meets next year?
If most of the opposition to the Regionals concept came from the power conferences,
and those are also the schools that are most likely to have the infrastructure to host
the meet,

How come Powell wasn't mentioned in the 'promo' for Modesto, along
with Godina? It would seem that the new AR-holder would help as a crowd draw.
Modesto is practically home stomping grounds for her.
Or did I miss it?

Hezekiel Sepeng was a late entry into the Modesto 800. Sepeng wanted to
get in a race before going for the South African record in the 1000m at
the adidas Oregon Track Classic on May 18.
